VW-CP-003 · CLIENT CARE

Professional care.
Clear boundaries.

Our Therapist & Client Personal Boundaries Protocol protects the dignity, privacy, comfort and safety of every client and therapist.

WHY THIS POLICY EXISTS

Comfort begins with clarity.

The policy establishes clear professional, personal and physical boundaries for waxing, shaving, trimming, massage, Full Body Scrub & Exfoliation, intimate treatments, consultations, mobile appointments and client communication.

It explains what appropriate treatment-related contact looks like, reinforces ongoing consent and sets out how either party can pause or end a treatment if boundaries are not being respected.

OUR COMMITMENTS

What every client can expect

01

Professional treatment

Every appointment is a professional service. Physical contact is limited to what is reasonably required for the treatment booked.

02

Ongoing consent

Consent applies only to the agreed treatment areas and may be withdrawn at any time. Treatment will be paused, modified or stopped when requested.

03

Privacy and dignity

Clients undress only as necessary. Appropriate privacy, towels, linen and draping are used, with only the treatment area exposed where practical.

04

Clear communication

Treatment steps, positioning and sensitive contact are explained where appropriate. Questions are welcome before and during treatment.

05

Equal boundaries

Client and therapist dignity are equally important. Neither party is entitled to inappropriate contact, comments, recording or conduct.

06

Confidentiality

Treatment details, intimate services, physiological responses and any boundary concerns are handled discreetly and confidentially.

INTIMATE TREATMENTS

Professional from start to finish.

Before an intimate service begins, the exact areas included are confirmed. Positioning and any necessary skin manipulation are explained, and you may exclude an area or ask to stop at any time. Where appropriate, you may be asked to assist with positioning or holding skin taut to reduce unnecessary therapist contact.

RESPECT GOES BOTH WAYS

When a treatment may be stopped

A client may ask for any part of a treatment to be paused or stopped. The therapist may also terminate an appointment if professional boundaries cannot be maintained or if anyone feels unsafe.
